I'm looking for webpages of Western Allied war crimes and atrocities, i.e. what the Western victors did that was really, really bad. I'm not interested in debating it, I'm just hoping someone can throw some URLs at me. When I read DejaNews on this matter I see much emotion and little to no factual information.
Please don't bother to post webpages about atomic bombs. I know about that already. I want information not readily available.
Incidentally, FWIW the American cinema now has no problem depicting soldiers of all sides shooting people who have just surrendered and that they're still angry at for having killed all their buddies (see for example Saving Private Ryan.) The moral of the story is that when you surrender, you're not guaranteed to stay alive, that's just the facts of life and shit happens. Too many people on all sides just kept killing for a little longer than after the surrender was given, and it has all gone unreported, because you'd have to indict probably 50% of combat participants for it to all be reported.
I'm really looking for reports that are a bit more 'cold blooded' than that. Like, lining 50 POWs up and systematically machine gunning them. Or 1000, if you can find such a number among the Western Allies.
