My uncle,F/E Jack Henderson, is believed to have flown from Skellingthorpe, presumably with 50 or 61 Sqnns. He was lost on 18th Dec 43, although the gravestone records the date as the 20th. There were no operations on that date, but there was on 16/17th.
If anyone can point me in the right direction to get more gen, I would be most grateful
