I'm looking for any one who knows where I may find a history of the 15th Bomb. Sqaurdron. I've been able to locate information about them when they were in England in 1942. I know they were transfered to Africa; but is there that I lose the trail. I am more specifically looking for any AF vet who remembers Col. Charles C. Kegelman and my uncle, David A. Todd, who was Kegelmans crew chief. I know my Uncle Al was protected from demotion a few times by Kegelman and the Colonial would not allow anyone else to work on his plane.
Hope someone can help fill in the details.
