Can anyone recommend a good book that deals with the history of World War II, something like 'The rise and fall of the Third Reich' but written from a military point of view and focusing only on the European Theatre?

'Defeat in the West' by Shulman. 'The Fatal Decisions' by Friedin and Richardson.

I have an old book which might be of interest to you. It is titled: COMPLETE HISTORY of WORLD WAR II, by Francis Trevelyan Miller. It has photographs and pictures of official records. It is written as a chronology. The binding is brown, and the front cover is sort of a bas relief. I can email pictures to you. I have listed it on ebay, and have also offered it to a museum.
