Am curious if the above countries had any kind of organized programs to boost the morale of the troops, similiar to what the USA offered.

Did the Axis have anything like V mail?

Was there an Axis version of a Bob Hope who traveled to the troops? And I should not forget the Brits too.

Was Signal the equivalent to Stars and Strips?

What did they offer their troops? I'm more interested in the positive, humorous side of boosting morale, not the comfort girls the Japanese used....

As far as I know many German artists, musicians etc. were engaged in programs that had been developed to increase the morale of the soldiers. There was also a famous radio program called 'Wunschkonzert fuer die Wehrmacht' where music was played according to the requests of the listeners. Moreover there were special programs that should undermine the allied morale. The German broadcasting service even had a propaganda swing band called 'Charlie and his orchestra' that played swing music with propaganda lyrics - e.g. propaganda versions of 'Elmer's Tune', 'Stormy Weather', 'Bye, Bye, Blackbird' and many others.

Regards
